Kenneth Touloumes is the founder and CEO of The Touloumes Group a firm that provides strategic and tactical business consulting to help companies grow and manage their government business. The Touloumes Group provides executive leadership and guidance in the Federal Government IT solutions and services marketplaces. The Company has extensive experience selling enterprise technologies in the government sector and their expertise lies in developing accounts for clients that provide IT services to Federal agencies. They provide business strategies to for significantly expanding market share and constantly increasing revenues.
Previously, Mr Touloumes was VP Federal Programs for Pragmatics Incorporated from 2005 to 2007. Pragmatics is an Information Technology Services Company with $60M in gross annual revenues. In this capacity he managed and oversaw many high visibility programs the company was pursuing.
Kenneth also worked at Titan Corporation and a number of its legacy organizations. In his most recent position he was VP Strategic Business Development (2003 to 2005). Titan Corporation was a $2B Information Technology company with over 12,000 employees that delivered products and services to the Federal Sector. Mr. Touloumes was responsible for a number of business areas.
Prior to working for Titan Corporation Mr. Touloumes worked in the Federal Sector for 20 years in various Management Capacities in the Information Technology Arena.
