John Sullivan is with the US General Services Administration's Office of Governmentwide Policy. John is serving as a Division Director for Information Architecture and Technology Strategy, leading the new cross-federal IT initiatives supporting the US OMB's e-goverment agenda. John served previously with the OMB Office of E-Government and Information Technology managing many aspects of the Federal Enterprise Architecture Program. Prior to OMB, John was the Chief Enterprise Architect for the US Environmental Protection Agency for serveral years. John's federal career spans 22 years, and he currently serves as a cochair of the CIO Council's Architecture and Infrastructure Committee's Governance Subcommittee.
