Serving over 30 years in the IT industry, Dick Martin has held senior management positions with worldwide responsibility in the Banking, Higher Education, and Government Industries. Currently, Dick is the President of TSFI, a wholly owned subsidiary of TIBCO Software, Focused exclusively in the Federal space since 1989, Dick has been active in the Federal IT community and is currently on the Board of Directors for the USO of Metropolitan Washington, AFCEA Washington Chapter, ACT/IAC, and TechAmerica. Recognized by his peers for his constant commitment to the Federal IT industry, Dick was the recipient of the 2000 “Eagle Award” by GITEC and of the Industry Executive Leadership award in 1999 from IPIC. Dick was a recipient of the Top Federal 100 Executives this year.
