This Charter shall be adopted by the Board of
Directors and shall be effective upon adoption.
Section 2 -
Amendments
Amendments may be proposed by any
regular Council member and shall be submitted in
writing to the Council Secretary. Amendments shall
be presented to the Board and shall require a
two-thirds vote for incorporation into the Council
Charter.
